Channel’s Strategy:

As per the channel’s slogan (Manage to Prosper), it targets Arab people to equip them with the managerial and leadership competencies and skills necessary to prosper and achieve their goals. It relies on authentic and global English managerial and leadership references and books by converting their context to Arabic in an attractive, precise, focused and practical manner. The channel also provides summarized English content for all its Arabic services and videos to expand its audience’s scope and familiarity with management and leadership terminology and style in English, which helps them to further their research and studies by their own.

The channel aims to be the leader Arabic channel in presenting managerial and leadership excellence towards success and prosperity in life.

Mission:

Management with Merits (MANWIM) is an educational and social channel with global orientation. It targets Business people, Investors, Leaders, Managers, Researchers, Students etc by assisting them to prosper and achieve their goals, as per its slogan (Manage to Prosper). It follows its unique approach of (Simplicity, Attractiveness & Practicality) to present bilingual (English/Arabic) outstanding managerial & leadership content which helps viewers to achieve their dreams. The channel relies primarily on the most recent and authentic global English references & books. It is the only channel globally that presents in Arabic & English, contextualizing management & leadership to assist viewers to prosper and develop themselves. The channel’s owner (Mr. Abdalla A. AL-DIRBJI) is a researcher in management (Master in Business Administration Program), and a trainer in English Language (U.K. Graduate, Nautical Science). The channel believes that Management & Leadership are the keys towards the development & prosperity of individuals, families, societies and countries.

Objectives:

The channel seeks quality and excellence to meet and exceed its fans’ expectations via the following annual objectives, which will be adhered to during the 2nd year of the channel (Aug 2020 to Aug 2021). In our post/video about the channel’s first annual anniversary, we stated that some changes would be made to the 1st annual objectives. Definitely, the most urgent and prominent objective is to pass the requirements of YouTube public watch hours (4000 hours) to get the channel monetized. This has to be done within maximum one month of the 1st annual anniversary (by Sep 13, 2020). Other than that, below the video, please find the 2nd annual objectives of the channel.

  1. Preparing 50 content materials (50 videos & 50 posts) in a rate of one video/post weekly (one week for the Arabic video/post and the next week for the English video/post)

  2. Presenting and discussing three different managerial/leadership references (books), within the 1st & primary service (Global English Management/Leadership Books) in a rate of 1 book every 4 months;

  3. Increasing YouTube subscribers by 2000 subscribers to reach 3073 subscribers, and the number of website mail service subscribers by 100 subscribers to reach 114 subscribers;

  4. Reaching 300 views for each video within the 1st month of publishing, as well as getting 30 post views for each website’s post within the same period; 

  5. Increasing YouTube channel’s watch hours by 5000 watch hours, in order to reach 9100 hours;

Important Note: Based on the recent update and announcement on Thurs, Jan 21, 2021, the weekly production of videos each Thursday will be temporarily stopped from Thurs, Jan 28, 2021 to the 2nd annual anniversary of the channel (Aug 13, 2021). All the sessions of the 2nd Book in the 2nd Year Program (Human Resource Management 2020) will follow the new schedule. Besides, the 3rd book in the 2nd Year Program (Financial Management 2019) will be delayed to become the 1st book in the 3rd Year Program.
